Job OverviewAs an Account Associate with Sean Davern - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in expanding our office's reach and bringing on new clients. Your primary objective will be to establish relationships with potential clients, build plans with them, and follow up as needed to bring them on board as customers. You will use a customer-focused, needs-based process to offer customers products that best fit their personal situation. Additionally, you will contact existing customers to review their current policies and offer additional protections that would serve them best.

**Qualifications:**
  • Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
  • Able to obtain a Life/Health License
  • Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
  • Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a team environment
