Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts.
  • Process journal entries accurately.
  • Perform various accounting-related data entry tasks.
  • Prepare payroll and related tax documentation on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Execute precise and timely period-end closing procedures.
  • Adapt to perform administrative tasks as required.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience.
  • Experience in Public Accounting is preferred.
  • Proficient in Financial Statement preparation.
  • Knowledge of payroll returns preparation and filing.
  • Expertise in QuickBooks (all versions) is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to provide remote and on-site client software support.
  • Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed.
Education and Skills Required:
  • Associate's degree or higher.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Professional communication skills with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience with QuickBooks software is mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits:
