This exciting opportunity is part of our Cybersecurity and Infrastructure department, where you'll have the chance to lead a team of technical specialists and managed services providers responsible for our enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing and maintaining processes and metrics to ensure collaboration and continuous improvement.

As a seasoned IT professional with 10+ years of experience, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to this role. Your ability to lead, manage, and develop high-performing teams will be essential in driving business results and achieving our organizational goals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure assignments are completed in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Developing and maintaining processes and metrics to ensure collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Leading the delivery of a consistent integrated architecture with a product-oriented capability focus.
  • Managing and planning feature enhancements through a prioritized backlog using the Scaled Agile framework.
  • Assisting in the development and management of the department budget, tracking expenses and actual costs throughout the year.
  • Staying abreast of the latest technology trends, industry advancements, and regulatory changes, and making recommendations for adopting new technologies to improve operational efficiency and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other computer-related degree.
  • 10+ years of diversified IT experience.
  • 3+ years of experience directly leading professional staff.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) preferred.
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator preferred.
