Finance Manager Role at Kasai North America Inc

Position Overview:
As a key player in our financial operations, you will oversee financial activities across various manufacturing locations, providing essential financial insights and strategic support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial processes across multiple manufacturing facilities, ensuring accurate financial analysis and support for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards by maintaining precise records of all financial transactions.
  • Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and variance reports while leading a team of financial analysts.
  • Work closely with site managers to enhance growth and profitability, effectively monitoring project and program expenditures.
  • Advise on budget adjustments and business plan modifications in response to evolving market conditions, fostering a culture of cost efficiency.
  • Promote effective communication between finance and other departments, ensuring timely financial reporting and analysis.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analyses to inform critical business decisions, including capital investments and operational enhancements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Preferred qualifications include CPA, CMA, or MBA.
Experience Required:
  • A minimum of three to five years of accounting experience in the private sector, with at least two years in a leadership capacity.
  • Familiarity with computer-based financial systems and relevant software.
Essential Skills:
  • Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and systems, coupled with strong mathematical abilities.
Additional Information:
  • This position is based in a professional office setting with standard office equipment.
  • Hybrid work options are available.
  • Periodic travel to various manufacturing sites is required.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and manage overtime as needed.
Work Environment:
This role primarily involves sedentary tasks with occasional filing duties. Employees may need to lift files or stand as necessary.
