Position Summary:
As a Workplace Engineer, you will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain MECM infrastructure to ensure efficient service distribution to workstations, including Operating System deployment, software packaging, distribution, and update management.
  • Oversee and enhance Active Directory infrastructure, focusing on Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Maintain comprehensive local documentation, including standard operating procedures, best practices, and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to deploy innovative solutions and address organizational challenges.
  • Propose and execute new strategies to support business expansion effectively and promptly.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • In-depth expertise in MECM infrastructure, including Central Administration Site (CAS) management.
  • Strong knowledge of Operating System deployment processes.
  • Proficiency in workstation Operating Systems, specifically Windows 10 and 11.
  • Familiarity with server Operating Systems, including Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
  • Advanced skills in PowerShell scripting.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Technical knowledge of M365/Intune is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Patch My PC is a plus.
  • A Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or a related IT field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an SCCM Engineer in a diverse environment.
