Position Summary:
As a Workplace Engineer, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and sustain MECM infrastructure to effectively distribute services to workstations, encompassing Operating System deployment, software packaging, distribution, and update management.
  • Establish, test, and maintain Active Directory infrastructure, including Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
  • Ensure comprehensive local documentation is maintained, covering standard operating procedures, best practices, and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to deploy innovative solutions and address organizational challenges.
  • Identify and execute new strategies to support business expansion efficiently.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • In-depth expertise in MECM infrastructure management, including Central Administration Site (CAS).
  • Strong proficiency in Operating System deployment.
  • Thorough understanding of workstation Operating Systems, specifically Windows 10 and 11.
  • Familiarity with server Operating Systems, including Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
  • Advanced skills in PowerShell scripting.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Technical experience with M365/Intune is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Patch My PC is a plus.
  • A Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering or a related IT field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an SCCM Engineer in a diverse, multicultural setting.
