About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our Central Information Technology organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing network infrastructure, hardware, software, and enterprise services to support our offices' business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to the operations team as needed.
  • Own and resolve technical issues, applying second-order thinking to engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, articulating technical details to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Deploy, provision, maintain, and operate VMware vSphere, Cisco UCS, Pure SAN Storage, Fiber Channel, and Zerto.
  • Experience working within ticket systems such as Service NOW is required.
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience in an Enterprise IT or Service Provider role.
  • Strong technical infrastructure support skills, with a focus on network and database administration.
  • Experience with automation tools like Terraform, Powershell, and Python is desired.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and patterns for Infrastructure is a plus.
  • Cloud platform operating experience (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a strong asset.
