Unlock Your Potential as a Solution Consultant

As a key member of our Solution Consulting team at ServiceNow, you will play a pivotal role in driving our future success by supporting sales in the Telecommunications, Media, and Technology (TMT) Industry Vertical. Your expertise will guide revenue growth for all our Solutions, working closely with Sales, Product Management, and the Executive Team.

What You'll Achieve:

  • Develop and position industry-specific solutions during sales cycles, driving quarterly and annual sales goals for your assigned territory.
  • Support product sales as a technical and domain expert, collaborating with client-facing sales teams.
  • Lead discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and deliver product demonstrations that align our solution with customer needs.
  • Provide expert product feature and technical guidance to customers, channel partners, and ServiceNow colleagues.
  • Contribute to product enhancements by sharing feedback with Product Management on customer needs and potential solutions.
  • Share best practices and reusable assets with fellow Solution Consultants to enhance team quality and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive analysis, and market differentiation.
  • Support marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows.
