About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Solutions Consultant to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. As a key member of our Solutions Consulting team, you will play a critical role in defining technical solutions that secure our customers' key business imperatives and ensure value realization of their investment with us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and expertise to customers in their security transformation journey, aligning with their business needs and goals.
  • Solution Design: Define and design technical solutions that meet customers' security requirements, leveraging our industry-leading portfolio of products and services.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their technical, operational, and commercial imperatives, and providing guidance on how to achieve their security goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Professional Services, Customer Success, and Specialist teams, to ensure seamless customer implementation and adoption of solutions.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver effective presentations, demos, and technical engagements to customers, showcasing the value of our solutions and driving business outcomes.
  • Competitive Differentiation: Understand the competitive landscape and effectively differentiate our leadership in the market, highlighting the unique value proposition of our solutions.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, continuously investing in your technical and professional skills to drive success for our customers.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of data networking, modern application design, and cloud architectures, with experience in delivering cybersecurity solutions that solve technical challenges and influence new business initiatives.
  • Sales and Pre-Sales Experience: Proven track record in influencing and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders, either in a customer-facing or internal role, with prior experience in a pre-sales role ideal.
  • Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create and deliver technical presentations, workshops, or technical validation engagements that engage and persuade customers.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in selling, designing, implementing, or managing one or more of the following solutions: Network Security, SASE, SaaS, CNAPP, and/or SOC Transformation Technologies.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
