  • Collaborate with colleagues to address complex banking issues and mitigate potential risks.
  • Provide expert advice on financial products and services tailored to client needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our banking solutions, ensuring clients receive the best options available.
  • Identify and understand client objectives in areas such as business, mortgage, and investment services, working closely with internal teams to meet these goals.
  • Adhere to compliance regulations and risk management protocols to safeguard the interests of our clients and the organization.
  • Gather and assess client financial information to develop customized banking strategies.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and partners.
  • Experience in recommending financial products and services.
