Position: Automotive Service Receptionist/Cashier
Full-Time Role: 5-Day Work Week - 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage transactions for services and parts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Reconcile customer bills accurately.
  • Process cash, checks, and credit card payments, maintaining precise records of transactions.
  • Provide change and issue receipts to customers.
  • Address customer complaints with professionalism and direct unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain and organize repair orders, parts invoices, and rental forms, ensuring all documents are accounted for.
  • Close all open invoices efficiently.
  • Reconcile gas purchase statements as required.
  • Support the service and parts departments by managing phone communications.
  • Offer clerical and administrative assistance to the service and parts teams.
  • Collaborate with the department manager to stay updated on new products and services, including features and pricing changes.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and ensure a tidy work environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
