We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Store Assistant to join our team. As a Retail Store Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, fostering a positive and welcoming store environment, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

  • **Front Counter Experience**: Oversee the front counter experience, handling incoming phone calls, and meeting clients' requests upon arrival.

  • **Sales Orders**: Draft sales orders for various items, including products, exchanges, accessories, and more.

  • **Order Verification**: Utilize a proprietary system for verifying client order confirmations.

  • **Payment and Delivery**: Support clients in the collection of payments, coordinate delivery schedules, and collaborate with the fulfillment team to finalize the sales procedure.

  • **In-Store Financing**: Handle in-store financing applications when applicable and send the necessary procedures to clients for completion online.

  • **Order Progress**: Collaborate with the ordering department and keep clients informed about the progress of their orders.

  • **Shipping and Receipts**: Utilize USPS/UPS for shipping smaller accessories and furnishing receipts and tracking information internally and to clients.

  • **Additional Responsibilities**: Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by management.

**Requirements**

  • **Experience**: A minimum of one year of experience in customer service.

  • **Education**: Successful completion of high school or an equivalent (GED) is a prerequisite.

  • **Skills**: Proficiency ranging from intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Excel and Word, Google Drive, Sheets, and Docs, along with familiarity with Adobe.

  • **Organizational Skills**: Highly organized and meticulous, with exceptional follow-up capabilities.

  • **Communication Skills**: Strong proficiency in both verbal and written communication.

  • **Prioritization**: Capability to manage priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • **Teamwork**: Proficiency in working effectively both autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

**Compensation and Benefits**

  • **Starting Hourly/Salary Range**: $23.50/hr. ($48,880.00) plus commission.
