Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at KW Property Management & Consulting. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks, and maintain a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to phone calls, take messages, and forward them to the appropriate person as needed.
  • Provide callers with information regarding property details, online resident access, directions, and other related inquiries.
  • Perform typing, copying, sending, and receiving faxes as required.
  • Assist residents with concerns and complaints, and provide support in preparing correspondence.
  • Retrieve records and maintain accurate filing systems.
  • Process new homeowner and tenant applications, and update filing systems accordingly.
  • Place orders and request services from property vendors as necessary.
Work Environment

This role operates in a professional office setting, utilizing standard equipment such as computers, phones, and fax machines.

Physical Demands

This position requires the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary.

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, with proficiency in office software and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information effectively.
