About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team at Fooda. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our presence in the food services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the food services market.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at enterprise-level clients, including food service providers and distributors.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver value-based sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  4. Explore potential partnerships with industry leaders to expand and promote the Fooda brand and drive business growth.
  5. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  1. 6+ years of successful direct enterprise sales experience in the food services industry.
  2. Proven track record of driving business growth and expanding market share.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  4. Demonstrated leadership experience in a team environment, with the ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve sales goals.
  5. Strong technical skills, including proficiency in creating RFPs and client proposals.
  6. Strong desire for customer satisfaction and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

The salary range for this role is between $115,000-$125,000 and is dependent on a number of factors, including but not limited to work experience, training, location, and skills.

Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
