About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Technical Assent as a Program Support Coordinator, supporting our Federal government client. As part of an innovative team, you will work together to research, prepare, and deliver high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support high-priority projects, ensuring smooth implementation across various facilities.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to track project progress and align activities.
  • Facilitate meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up for completion.
  • Organize recurring strategy sessions and calls to maintain alignment and progress.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform assessments during site visits to identify barriers, risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Provide guidance on implementation challenges and ensure alignment with program goals.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business, public policy, economics, political science, communications, planning, technology and policy, math, statistics, engineering, physical science, or a related discipline.

We are looking for individuals with 3+ years of relevant, professional experience, who thrive in a continuous Build-Measure-Learn cycle. Experience consulting or working for the Federal government is highly valued.
