Government Program Director

Dcode is looking for a passionate Senior Program Manager to lead client engagements focused on operationalizing innovation in the federal market. As a senior program manager, you will build and maintain relationships with senior government leaders and help them foster an innovative culture that attracts emerging technology. You'll identify growth opportunities, connect the government with startup technology companies, and deliver Dcode product offerings to impact government missions.
The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant work experience, prior experience leading government-facing client work, and managing (and retaining) government contracts, preferably with the Navy. You should also have knowledge and/or exposure to government information systems delivery, understanding and comfort with agile project management, interest and knowledge in technology innovation trends and current events, and a keen ability to listen to clients and discern needs.
Responsibilities:
- Become a trusted advisor and partner for Dcode's government clients as they work to integrate innovative, agile, and cutting-edge technologies into their missions
- Establish clear client retention goals and milestones, consistently checking in on progress toward goals
- Anticipate client needs and proactively craft solutions
- Provide creative, novel perspectives and approaches to how the government operates in the areas of policy, acquisitions, finance, culture, and processes, in order to drive innovation and agility inside their missions
- Ensure we deliver exceptional quality and superior value-add work to our clients on time and above expectations
Requirements:
- Prior experience leading government-facing client work and managing (and retaining) government contracts, preferably with the Navy
- Knowledge and/or exposure to government information systems delivery
- Understanding and comfort with agile project management
- Interest and knowledge in technology innovation trends and current events
- A keen ability to listen to clients and discern needs
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $110,000-$145,000 plus bi-annual bonuses
- Security clearance eligibility required
