Role Overview

The Clinical Chaplain is responsible for delivering compassionate spiritual care to patients, families, and staff, ensuring that the core values of the institution are upheld in every interaction.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Required Qualifications

Educational Background

A four-year degree from a seminary, theological, or rabbinical institution is highly preferred. Candidates with equivalent life experiences will also be considered. Completion of at least one or two Clinical Pastoral Education units is required.

Employment Conditions

This position necessitates regular interaction with children, requiring compliance with the Child Protective Services Act. Candidates must successfully complete the Pennsylvania State Police criminal background check, the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare child abuse clearance, and an FBI fingerprint-based federal criminal records check before commencing employment.
