Recruitment Operations Specialist

Position Overview
The Recruitment Operations Specialist collaborates closely with the recruiting team in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. This role is pivotal in executing recruitment strategies effectively and fostering relationships with potential candidates. Administrative support for recruitment processes and the applicant tracking system is a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Aids in the evaluation, selection, and screening of candidates.
- Manages the posting of approved job requisitions in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Oversees all pre- and post-employment processes, including onboarding, licensure certifications, and background checks, adhering to established protocols.
- Conducts thorough reviews of I-9 and E-verify documentation to ensure authenticity and compliance.
- Initiates and ensures adherence to all pre-employment requirements.
- Maintains precise recordkeeping in line with compliance standards.
- Coordinates interview schedules and travel arrangements as necessary.
- Updates and maintains weekly, monthly, and annual recruitment metrics.
- Ensures recruiting documentation complies with Federal and State regulations.
- Researches online platforms and social media for recruitment advertising, job fairs, and educational organization memberships.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to address recruitment needs.
- Develops job postings through thorough research for both internal and external audiences.
- Acts as a backup for recruiters when required.
- Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned.
- Exceptional follow-up, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to work independently and professionally amidst frequent interruptions.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
- Capable of understanding and executing oral and written instructions, seeking clarification when necessary.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across departments.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Education:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of four years in a clerical or administrative role, ideally within a healthcare context.
- At least two years of experience in Human Resources is preferred.
- HR certifications (CCP, PHR, etc.) are preferred.
Normal working conditions with adequate lighting and ventilation.
