About The Company

Talent Acquisition Specialist Role:
  • Oversee candidate interactions throughout the recruitment journey
  • Identify and attract candidates using diverse sourcing methods
  • Facilitate interviews and evaluations
  • Leverage recruitment technologies and platforms
  • Engage in career fairs to connect with prospective talent
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment
