Your Purpose

As an essential member of the Brightline Talent Acquisition team, your primary focus will be to support recruitment initiatives by sourcing candidates, pre-screening candidates, interviewing, and assessing candidates to facilitate the hiring of field-based hospitality talent. To be successful, you must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ability to adapt to changing business needs.

Your Role

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as applicant tracking system (UltiPro), social media platforms, and networking events to source potential candidates; Plan, manage and attend job fairs acting as a steward of the brand
  • Screening: Conduct initial screening of candidates, assessing their suitability based on their skills, experience, and fit within the hospitality industry from entry-level to Director and everything in between
  • Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing a positive experience for all candidates
  • Candidate Assessment: Evaluate candidates for their skills, experience, and potential fit within the company and the hospitality industry
  • Collaboration: Work closely with talent acquisition team and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and desired qualifications
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment database
Your Qualifications
  • Must be located in Florida to be considered
  • Ability to work remote with up to 25% travel across our footprint (Miami to Orlando) as needed for business.
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience of non-exempt/hourly as well as salaried talent within the high-volume, fast-paced travel, leisure, hospitality, food & beverage, or similar industry
  • Must have experience recruiting both hourly as well as salaried talent from entry-level to Director level.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems such as UltiPro or similar
  • Proficiency with using talent insight tools such as Criteria Assessment or similar
  • Possess a high sense of urgency
  • Attention to detail and highly organized a must
  • Clear understanding and management of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle process
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including scheduling interviews via MS Outlook and utilizing MS Teams
