Key Responsibilities:

  • Plumbing: Conduct repairs, replacements, or installations of various plumbing fixtures and appliances.
  • Electrical: Perform troubleshooting, repairs, or installations of electrical components.
  • Drywall and Plaster Repair: Execute patching and repairs of walls as necessary.
  • Painting: Carry out touch-ups and painting of walls and surfaces.
  • Appliance Repair: Manage the repair or installation of household appliances.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep of outdoor areas, including landscaping and lighting fixtures.
  • Cleaning and Housekeeping: Ensure common areas are maintained in a clean and presentable condition.
  • Customer Service: Engage in professional and courteous communication with residents and vendors.
  • Time Management: Efficiently schedule and complete maintenance tasks.
