About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our strategic key account management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading customer service teams and factories, while driving strategic sales communications and alignments with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate revenue and increase market share by identifying and selling to prospective accounts through research and networking.
  • Maintain relationships for new and existing accounts to protect and grow existing business opportunities.
  • Identify the need for new products and work with Marketing, Design Engineering, Manufacturing, and R&D to assist in new product development initiatives targeted to the needs of key accounts.
  • Generate short-term and long-term rolling forecasts for revenue and product/volume mix.
  • Provide input to the marketing group to support the goal of establishing and implementing promotional, advertising, and communication strategies.
Requirements
  • BS degree or equivalent.
  • 5-10 years of professional experience, including 5+ years of account management experience in the Vacuum and Thin Film Industry.
  • Metal Machining/Build to Print sales or engineering experience is desirable.
  • Advanced material solution sales or engineering experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Metal machining, Metal surface treatments, and cleaning processes for sales communication.
  • Project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication skill.
  • Data analysis skill.
  • Goal/Mission-oriented and self-driven personality.
  • Detail-oriented.
