The Facility MaineHealth is on the lookout for a proactive and skilled Administrative Specialist III to support our innovative initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our division and contributing to our mission of enhancing community health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating communication between internal and external parties to organize meetings.
- Creating presentation materials in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Overseeing inventory management and documentation processes.
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new team members and clinical coaches.
- Conducting monthly budget variance analysis.
- Managing inquiries through the Innovation Center's communication channels.
- Welcoming visitors to the MaineHealth Innovation division.
Qualifications:
Education: A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years in an administrative support capacity is required. Candidates should possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and strong interpersonal abilities. Effective multitasking and problem-solving skills are essential. Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous.
