About the Role:
We are seeking a Restaurant Business Development Director to lead our restaurant operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing the restaurant plan, achieving sales and profit goals, and providing exceptional guest and team service. You will manage the overall restaurant operations, ensuring it remains the first choice for our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet budgeted sales and profits by effectively managing all aspects of the P&L statement.
  • Analyze data to develop and execute plans to improve sales, profits, and restaurant service efficiency.
  • Determine staffing needs and hire the right candidates for each position.
  • Ensure shifts are properly staffed to guarantee consistent operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Train team members and managers on operations, policies, and procedures, as well as guest service.
  • Identify and respond to complaints and policy/procedure violations.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees on their performance.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and fun environment for employees and guests.
Salary and Benefits:
$80,000 - $100,000 per year, based on experience and location, with comprehensive benefits including medical and dental plans, recognition programs, bonuses, and incentives such as an all-expenses-paid annual cruise.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; food safety certification preferred.
  • Over 2 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR environments.
  • Basic math skills and Microsoft Office experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours.
