Key Responsibilities

Equipment Downtime Reduction (60%)

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive equipment maintenance program to reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address root causes of equipment failures.
  • Implement data-driven solutions to optimize maintenance schedules and reduce downtime.

Yearly Maintenance Schedule Creation

  • Develop a comprehensive yearly maintenance schedule that includes planned downtime for repairs, maintenance routines, and preventive maintenance (PM) tasks.
  • Shift the current reactive maintenance approach to a proactive, scheduled maintenance routine to prevent equipment failures.

Reporting System Integration

  • Consolidate existing data from multiple systems into our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
  • Develop and implement a reporting system within our ERP system to track critical key performance indicators (KPIs), including downtime, costs, uptime, PM adherence, and maintenance schedule compliance.

Preventive Maintenance (PM) Program Overhaul

  • Review and refresh the current PM program to ensure all necessary tasks are captured.
  • Identify and implement daily PM tasks that operators should perform to maintain equipment health.
  • Ensure the PM program is comprehensive and up-to-date for all machinery

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
