Automation Controls Specialist

About the Role:
As an Automation Controls Specialist at Actalent, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' industrial processes. This involves working with Allen Bradley PLCs, developing and implementing ladder logic, and troubleshooting issues to get equipment up and running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement ladder logic programs to automate industrial processes
• Troubleshoot and debug PLCs to resolve issues and optimize performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment to prevent downtime
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in multicraft maintenance with strong ladder logic skills or equivalent technical school background with relevant co-op or internship experience
• Strong understanding of Allen Bradley PLCs and ladder logic programming
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
