Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Actalent. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, identifying and documenting quality issues, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance
    • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
    • Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
  • Process Control Verification
    • Verify that processes are in place to ensure quality and compliance
    • Identify and document process deviations
    • Develop and implement corrective actions to address process deviations
  • Quality System Improvements
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements
    • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements
  • Supplier Product Evaluation
    • Evaluate supplier products to ensure they meet quality and compliance standards
    • Develop and implement supplier quality management processes
    • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues
  • Problem Solving
    • Identify and document quality issues
    • Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
  • Decision Making
    • Make informed decisions regarding quality and compliance
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make informed decisions
