Change Management Strategist

As an Organizational Transformation Lead at Construction Specialties, Inc., you will work in collaboration with the Program Management team to guide the organization through strategic transitions and transformations. Your role will involve developing and executing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of changes, mitigate resistance, and achieve desired business outcomes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support ERP transformation.
  • Collaborate with ERP leadership and the ERP Core team to define change objectives and develop strategies.
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify stakeholders, risks, and potential barriers to change.
  • Develop and deliver clear and compelling communication plans to inform and engage employees at all levels on the ERP implementation rollout.
  • Build a team of key "champions" to represent local training activities and change management needs.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders to build support and ensure alignment for all ERP change initiatives.
  • Monitor the progress of all ERP change initiatives and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing change for large-scale transformations, with a minimum of 5-7 years.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and promote alignment across leadership, Core team, and stakeholders at all levels.
