We are seeking an accomplished Customer Experience and Communications Manager to join our team at the Community Power Coalition of New Hampshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that drive engagement, create high-quality content, and build media relationships. They will oversee internal communication and analytics to ensure organizational objectives are met.

About This Opportunity:

This is a hybrid position with offices in Concord and Lebanon, New Hampshire, with occasional travel statewide and 1-2 office days per week. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in digital communication tools and software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communications Strategy:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to engage stakeholders and promote organizational goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of communication initiatives.
  • Content Creation:
    • Design and produce high-quality content for various platforms, including social media, email, and print materials.
    • Develop and maintain customer messaging and brand voice guidelines.
  • Media Relations:
    • BUILD AND MAINTAIN MEDIA RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS.
    • Cultivate and leverage media coverage to amplify organizational impact.
  • Internal Communication:
    • Develop and implement internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged.
    • Monitor and analyze internal communication effectiveness to inform future strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Five+ years of experience in customer service, communications, or a similar role.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital communication tools and software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in communications.
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service and improving the customer experience.
  • Commitment to serving CPCNH's mission and values.
Estimated Salary:

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
