We are in search of a proactive and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of a Medical Front Desk Specialist within the healthcare sector. Position Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring top-notch service at all times.
  • Handle all forms of communication, including phone calls, emails, and postal mail.
  • Organize and manage meetings, appointments, and travel logistics for consultants.
  • Uphold confidentiality in all client interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are prioritized.
  • Keep the reception area organized and welcoming.
  • Assist consultants with various administrative duties as needed.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of client-related events and meetings.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the client experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Outstanding customer service abilities and a professional attitude.
