Position Overview: We are currently seeking a full-time Clinic Receptionist who is passionate about community service and possesses a strong commitment to patient care.
Compensation: The hourly wage ranges from $15.00 to $20.19, based on education and experience.
Key Qualities of the Ideal Candidate:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel to various clinic locations as required.
- Proficient communication abilities.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word, as well as familiarity with internet browsing and Outlook.
Primary Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the Clinic Manager or Regional Administrator, the Clinic Receptionist will:
- Provide a welcoming first impression of the organization by effectively communicating with staff and the public.
- Greet patients and visitors, assess their needs, and direct them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining confidentiality.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least two years of relevant experience, including a minimum of one year in a similar role.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and health insurance processes, including Medicaid and Medicare.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
