About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Energy Solutions Negotiator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for negotiating and closing deals with potential customers for our solar energy solutions. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Estimated Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 per year

Main Responsibilities:
  • Engage with potential customers to understand their energy needs and preferences.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, solar technology advancements, and market developments.
  • Continuously improve sales processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Demonstrated success in sales and negotiation, with a focus on renewable energy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Deep knowledge of solar energy technologies and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
