About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in solar sales to fill this critical role. As a Sales Specialist - Renewable Energy, you'll be responsible for finalizing the sales process and closing deals with potential customers. You'll need to have exceptional negotiation skills and a strong ability to build rapport with customers.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers and provide them with detailed information about our solar energy solutions.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to understand customers' energy needs and recommend the best solar solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Prepare and present quotes, contracts, and other sales documents to potential customers.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Follow up with customers to address any concerns or questions and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, solar technology advancements, and market developments.

Requirements:

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solar solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Availability to work flexible hours and travel as needed to meet with customers.
