Role in Field Operations | Equipment Management

We are in search of dedicated and safety-focused field professionals with expertise in operating various equipment categories, including frac valves, accumulators, greasing systems, and torque units. Experience with pressure control manifolds and overseeing general surface pressure control tasks is highly regarded.

Adaptability to wellsite conditions and the ability to troubleshoot equipment for enhanced performance are essential qualities we value. Candidates should possess a solid working history and demonstrate proficiency in active frac operations, as well as pre-frac rig up and post-frac rig down activities.

Competence in additional well completions operations is also advantageous.

Candidate Preferences

We prefer local candidates; however, out-of-area applicants will be considered.

Position Details

The Service Operator role is a full-time, non-exempt position with an hourly wage based on experience. The total compensation package includes:
