Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a skilled Architectural Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This permanent role involves overseeing architectural and construction initiatives within the restaurant industry, acting as the primary liaison for owners throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the planning and execution of projects from conception to completion.
  • Facilitate effective communication among all parties involved, including owners, architects, contractors, and engineers.
  • Analyze and interpret construction drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with client expectations and compliance with building regulations.
  • Utilize your expertise in building codes to guarantee project compliance.
  • Manage the construction process, including method selection, subcontractor coordination, material procurement, and work scheduling.
  • Oversee restaurant construction and renovation projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, schedules, budgets, and invoices.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management, particularly in restaurant construction and renovation.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
  • In-depth understanding of building codes and construction management processes.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with a proven history of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships with owners, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Professional certifications in Project Management, Architecture, or Construction Management are advantageous.
