West Regional Sales Director

Jobot is seeking a highly skilled and experienced West Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the western region of the United States.
About the Role:We are a recognized leader in industrial equipment and machinery manufacturing, and we are looking for a sales professional who can help us expand our commercial HVAC business in the western region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the western region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, engineers, and mechanical contractors.
- Introduce leading technology solutions to customers and partners.
- Grow the region from an established book of business while winning new business.
- Contribute to the development of new products and services.
- Oversee the commercial business in the western region.

- Experience educating customers on value proposition.
- Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, etc.).
- Experience developing sales strategies for specific markets.
- Manage relationships with manufacturer representative firms and assist with training and product presentation meetings.
- Carry out meetings directly with building owners, contractors, and engineers.
- Ability to grow your own book of business while taking over a $2M business.
