Job Title: West Regional Sales Manager

Jobot is seeking a highly skilled and experienced West Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the western region of the United States.

About the Role:

We are a recognized leader in industrial equipment and machinery manufacturing, and we are looking for a sales professional who can help us expand our commercial HVAC business in the western region. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales success, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the western region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, engineers, and mechanical contractors.
  • Introduce leading technology solutions to customers and partners.
  • Grow the region from an established book of business while winning new business.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and services.
  • Oversee the commercial business in the western region.

Requirements:
  • Ability to identify opportunities in the assigned region to increase sales.
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned region to present product solutions.
  • Experience educating customers on value proposition.
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, etc.).
  • Experience developing sales strategies for specific markets.
  • Manage relationships with manufacturer representative firms and assist with training and product presentation meetings.
  • Carry out meetings directly with building owners, contractors, and engineers.
  • Ability to grow your own book of business while taking over a $2M business.
