About the Role

The Donor Engagement and Fundraising Manager will play a pivotal role in advancing the chapter's mission by fostering relationships with donors, creating and executing strategies for donor engagement, and supporting the growth and development of the chapter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage pipeline reports to support chapter growth.
  • Design and manage peer-to-peer fundraising campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM platforms to support donor relationship management and ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
Requirements and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of proven experience in donor stewardship, fundraising campaigns, and event coordination. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit management, fundraising, or a related field is required. Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, are essential. The successful candidate will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as high level proficiency with fundraising software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, is offered, along with benefits including medical, dental, vision, early dismissal for Shabbat, 403b with employer matching, life insurance, disability insurance, FSA, Jewish and federal paid holidays, sick days, and vacation time.
