Job Description

Agilent Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Business Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Business Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop strategic plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and develop solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Develop and manage IT investment plans to align with business strategic plans.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to business stakeholders on IT-related matters.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT investments.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of IT or related technology domain experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing project lifecycle from business case development through final delivery.
  • Experience conducting Business or Systems Analysis.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional and cross-team environment.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management or equivalent Portfolio & Project Management solutions.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft tools including Sharepoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay Range:

The US pay range for this full-time position is $111,840.00 - $206,205.00 per year, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits.
