Your Role:

  • Maintain a clean and hygienic office environment in all common areas.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in dermatology terminology and protocols, including sterilization, equipment management, surgical assistance, and electronic medical record documentation.
  • Perform essential medical tasks such as blood draws, injections, suture removal, wound bandaging, and equipment sterilization.
  • Educate patients about our practice's products and services, promoting a positive patient experience.
  • Manage administrative duties including patient histories, assisting physicians during procedures, preparing exam rooms, inventory management, and ordering supplies.
  • Provide exceptional front-office support, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and handling paperwork efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate biopsy logs and ensure timely follow-up for positive results requiring further medical attention.
  • Adhere to CLIA and OSHA regulations to maintain compliance standards.
  • Proficiently utilize electronic medical record systems to document patient notes and services according to established protocols.
  • Contribute to the team by performing other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications:

  • Certified Medical Assistant certification preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on patient interaction and professionalism.
  • Strong mathematical abilities for calculations and inventory management.
  • Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, prioritize tasks, and remain flexible in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage time efficiently.
  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic demeanor with a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
