Position Overview: We are seeking a Social Media Manager to become a vital member of our Los Angeles-based team focused on TV & Streaming. This role involves developing and overseeing cutting-edge social media strategies for television and streaming clients, representing some of the most cherished shows available.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Craft compelling copy and manage social media content for various primetime television series, each with distinct voices and tones.
  • Design and implement engaging social media campaigns that resonate with audiences.
  • Generate ideas to leverage current social media trends effectively.
  • Identify and curate moments from content suitable for social media campaigns.
  • Oversee asset management and organization.
  • Maintain all content calendars and ensure timely publishing across social platforms.
  • Engage in direct community management with fans, partners, and talent.
  • Facilitate community interactions across all social media channels.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize and bring ideas to fruition.
  • Demonstrate strong project and time management skills while managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for various campaigns across the organization.
  • Provide high-level reporting and in-app analytics.

Your Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the social media domain, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Experience in managing social campaigns in the entertainment industry is advantageous.
  • Exceptional copywriting abilities.
  • Familiarity with social media publishing tools such as Sprinklr or Sprout is a plus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple campaign timelines concurrently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both with clients and team members.

Work Schedule:

  • Availability to work West Coast hours; 9 AM to 6 PM PST.
  • Willingness to provide occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday support for TV premieres, award shows, and special events.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $72,600, depending on experience, responsibilities, and subject matter expertise.
