Job SummaryThe HR Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities- HR Administration: Assist with daily internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests, maintain employee files and records, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Employee Communications: Manage employee communications, including newsletters, announcements, and ad-hoc notifications.
- Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate logistics for training sessions, seminars, and employee events, and record attendance as required.
- Reporting and Analysis: Produce and submit reports on general HR activity, and assist with payroll and HR projects.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in an HR capacity, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and proficiency in MS Office and related business tools.
