Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team in [Location]. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with daily internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
- Support the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and maintaining job posting files
- Ensure compliance with performance management procedures and escalate issues to the HR Business Partner as needed
- Coordinate employee events and celebrations, and manage logistics for training sessions and seminars
- Manage employee communications, including postings, newsletters, and ad-hoc notifications
- Coordinate new hire orientation logistics and update records of new staff
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
- Assist with weekly payroll and ad-hoc HR projects
- Ensure that HR supplies and materials remain well-stocked
- 2+ years of experience in an HR capacity
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices
