Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR function and contributing to the success of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records.
  • Support the recruitment process, including coordinating with hiring managers and maintaining job posting files.
  • Ensure compliance with performance management procedures and escalate issues to the HR Business Partner as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, seminars, and employee events.
  • Manage employee communications, including postings, newsletters, and ad-hoc notifications.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Assist with weekly payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in an HR capacity (preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in email, MS Office, and related business tools.
