We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant to support the Joint Advertising, Market Research & Studies (JAMRS) contract. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of military recruitment, advertising, and market research, with a proven track record of delivering strategic guidance and expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on military recruitment advertising and marketing strategies, leveraging current best practices and the latest techniques and tools.
- Assess current recruitment efforts and recommend improvements to align with target audience behaviors and preferences, utilizing data analysis and market research insights.
- Collaborate with JAMRS leadership to develop and implement strategic plans for recruitment campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- PhD or MA/MS degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of professional experience, including 4 years of project leadership and 5 years of experience in consulting, marketing, advertising, or market research, with a focus on military recruitment or a related area.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and possess a DoD Common Access Card (CAC) and successfully complete a Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) fingerprint check and a National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI) check.
