Job Overview

ThinkTek LLC is a leading provider of management and technology consulting services to the Federal Government. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior-Level Qualitative Analyst to support our DoD clients.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting in-depth analyses and studies, problem-solving, and designing and executing analytical wargames. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing literature reviews, data retrieval, and synthesis from multiple source types, CONOPs reviews, and subsequent analyses
  • Supporting the design and execution of analytical wargames through research design, data gathering, scenario development, experimental design, and execution, and results interpretation and documentation
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • An active Secret clearance
  • A Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science degree
  • Experience conducting formal research and assessments of military or intelligence operations, national or international security, or comparable industry and academic research
  • A pro-active approach to problem-solving
  • Minimum 3 years of demonstrated relevant qualitative analysis experience
Preferred Qualifications

The ideal candidate will also possess:

  • A degree in International Relations/Affairs/Security, Economics, History, Military History, Sociology, Anthropology, Political Science, or Psychology
  • Coursework or practical experience with Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analysis, Formal Methods, or Operations Research
  • Experience with military analysis
  • Experience designing or conducting wargames
