Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that all customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service, and that expectations are set and modeled by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm toward the job and the company.
  • Sales Growth: Focus on promoting and driving sales as they pertain to or are driven by the position, and act as the Leader on Duty (LOD) to drive results.
  • Team Leadership: Coach, teach, train, recognize, and manage all aspects of performance and development for all store associates to encourage professional growth and build a bench of talent.
  • Store Operations: Collaborate with the Store Leader to establish and communicate critical metrics and expectations within the store, including sales, visual, operations, safety, loss prevention, human resources, payroll/scheduling, and training.
  • Communication: Communicate regularly with the management team concerning all aspects of sales, customer feedback/traffic, and associate training/performance, and participate in weekly store walk-throughs with the management team and follow-up as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service or retail leadership experience.
  • Education: High school diploma/GED or equivalent, Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Availability: Full-Time roles require open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
