Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; COMPTIA certification preferred.
  • Enrolled in a minimum of 3 credit hours at a higher learning institution in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 2.5 GPA or higher required.
  • Availability to work 3-4 hours Monday through Friday, with a maximum of 19 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in technology support, preferably with Windows, Mac OSX, and mobile devices.
  • Knowledge of network printers, scanners, and other technology devices.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Occasional prolonged and irregular hours may be required, as well as the ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
