Job Summary:

As a Support Specialist at Dave & Buster's, you will be responsible for delivering an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all-out fun. This role requires a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a smile to greet Guests upon entering the Midway. You will assist Guests by repairing and maintaining amusement equipment in a timely manner, load and refill tickets in redemption games, and ensure everything is satisfactory before Guests leave. Notifying Managers of any unhappy Guests is also a key responsibility. You will also be responsible for stocking, displaying, and securing merchandise in all storage areas, conducting merchandise inventory, and checking for restocking of necessary supplies. Additionally, you will review the cleanliness and organization of the Midway games, properly position and set up displays to increase Guest traffic and promote sales, and assist in daily maintenance and organization of the tech room and storage areas. This role requires efficient and safe performance of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly game maintenance as directed by management. You must be friendly, able to smile a lot, and work days, nights, and/or weekends as required. Technical and/or electrical skills are preferred but not required. You must demonstrate the ability to clearly communicate with Guests and other Team Members. You must be at least 18 years of age.

While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member will regularly be required to work days, nights, and/or weekends as required, work off an extension ladder, work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions, move about the facility and stand for long periods of time, read and write handwritten notes, lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Compensation:
Compensation is from $7.25 - $12.25 per hour. We are an equal opportunity employer and participate in E-Verify in states where required.
