Position Overview: The Senior Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in the preparation of administrative and clinical documentation, managing daily operations, and undertaking various tasks and projects as assigned. Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and manage administrative and clinical materials.
  • Coordinate daily activities and support various projects.
  • Perform high-level secretarial duties with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the overall smooth operation of the department.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient typing skills.
  • Strong general office competencies.
  • Ability to collect and present statistical data.
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Professional writing skills.
  • Telephone etiquette.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and independent problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities effectively.

Experience Requirements:

  • Prior administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience supporting senior management is preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Strong typing and general office skills.
  • Experience in statistical data collection and presentation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication and professional writing skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
