We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Overnight Caregiver to join our team at Senior Helpers - Whittier. As a key member of our caregiving team, you will provide exceptional care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities- Assist clients with personal care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks to meet clients' dietary needs
- Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being
- Remind clients to take their medications and assist with medication management
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and cleaning
- Follow client care plans and provide updates to our care team as needed
- Experience working with dementia clients
- Availability to work overnight shifts, 10PM-6AM, during the week
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move clients as needed
- Competitive hourly rate
